Checkouts will be available for staff, faculty, and graduate students only. At this time, the library facility is closed to all other use including access to computers, browsing, scanning, and printing.
We are also offering reference services via email, phone, or Zoom if you need help finding resources. We’re so excited to be able to offer access to the library’s physical resources again!
In order to safeguard your health and the health of everyone who comes to this building, please read and follow the instructions below.
Instructions for requesting materials
- Search the library catalog to find the items you would like to check out.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the day and time you would like to visit and a list of your requested materials.
- Appointments for pick-up will be available Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Same-day appointments are not available at this time, so please email us by 4:00 pm the day before to schedule an appointment (or in the case of Monday pickups, by 4:00 pm on Friday) and let us know your preferred day and time for pickup. Once we gather all materials, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
