Each year, through a generous endowment from the Edelman Family, the PNCA library builds a special collection around a topic chosen by the student body. The chosen topic is meant to help build the library collection in an area that is not already well represented.

Please submit your topic suggestions here by November 2: https://forms.gle/M1biK9RcFEWBNor97. Please note: you will have to log in with your PNCA email address to suggest topics, but submissions are anonymous.

Topics do not need to be art and design-related, but can be cultural, social, scientific, or otherwise relevant to the myriad disciplines consulted in your studies. Prior topics have been Politics and Activism, Indigenous Cultures, Magic, Spirituality, and Theology, and Body Politics and Disability Justice.

Once a topic is identified, we will send out another form asking for suggestions of items to purchase on this topic which will eventually comprise this year’s Edelman Collection. Stay tuned for this step in Spring 2021!

To find Edelman Collection items from previous years, search "Edelman Collection" in the library catalog or click on the Edelman Collection icon on the search screen of the library catalog.

Don't hesitate to contact us at library@pnca.edu if you have any questions. We look forward to this year's collection!
