The Casselman Archive (1500px) of Islamic and Mudejar Architecture in Spain is a searchable digitized collection of approximately 4,000 color and black/white images.

Digital Archive of American Architecture (+636px)is an image database from Boston College. Slides are by Professor Jeffrey Howe who created it for a class at Boston College: From Saltbox to Skyscraper. Contains almost 1500 images of American architecture.
